Boo Seeka
I worked with Palm Tree Records to create a single cover for Boo Seeka’s 2023 release of Are You All In which was accompanied by a lyric video I also designed and edited. These initial assets became the template we used to create 11 residual singles and accompanying lyric videos, leading up to the release of Boo Seeka’s album Midnight Highlight.
Album Art & Single Covers
I designed the artwork for the seven singles and remixes off the album. This process included photo retouching and manipulation, text editing, and adapting the layout for longer titles. Additionally, each cover features a lyric edited onto a background landscape image. I selected these images to be diverse and contrast the torn portrait photo. The lyrics were either manipulated onto the signage space in the image or I removed elements from the photo to create space for the text to go.
Spotify Canvases
His hit single Grapefruit was promoted heavily with the following social assets, which later became Spotify Canvases (short looping animations that play during streaming). Canvases were created by manipulating photos and creating movement using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
Lyric Videos
I created lyric videos for 8 of the leading singles. These are available on Boo Seeka’s YouTube channel and were created in After Effects.
